Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters opened the 'Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4 Main Equipment Construction Site Civil Complaints Office (Win-Win Cooperation Office)' on May 13.

View original imageThis on-site civil complaints office was established for the first time in a nuclear power plant construction project to resolve complaints from local residents and partner company employees.
To improve accessibility for complainants, the office was set up at the entrance road outside the south gate of the Hanul Headquarters, and a dedicated staff member is stationed there (operating hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.) to ensure convenient use for visitors.
To gather a wide range of opinions from local residents, an online civil complaints reception space will also be provided on the Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4 website in addition to the on-site office at the construction site.
Lee Seyong, Head of Hanul Headquarters, stated, "Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters will continue to listen to various complaints arising from the main equipment construction of Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4 and do our best to provide convenient civil complaint services through continuous monitoring."
