Ulju County and Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission Operate 'Running Gukmin Sinmungo'
Civil Consultation at Uljugun Office on the 13th of Next Month
Uljugun announced on the 29th that, in cooperation with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, it will operate the "Mobile National Sinmungo" at Munsu Hall in Uljugun Office on the 13th of next month to resolve civil complaints and grievances from local residents.
The "Mobile National Sinmungo" is an on-site civil complaint consultation system where investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission visit Uljugun to directly consult with residents about their daily grievances and inconveniences and seek solutions.
Anyone can receive consultation not only on matters under the jurisdiction of Uljugun, but also on grievances, inconveniences, and suggestions caused by decisions and administrative systems of central government agencies and public institutions.
The main consultation areas include all administrative fields such as ▲administration, culture, and education ▲national defense and veterans affairs ▲police ▲finance and taxation ▲welfare and labor ▲industry, agriculture, and environment ▲housing and construction ▲urban and water resources ▲transportation and roads.
The Social Welfare Council (social welfare), Korea Legal Aid Corporation (legal advice), Korea Consumer Agency (consumer damage), Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (land information), and Korea Inclusive Finance Agency (inclusive finance) will also participate as cooperating organizations to provide consultations in their respective fields.
