Ottogi Hires New College Graduates and International Students in the First Half of the Year

Ottogi announced on the 16th that it will hire new college graduates and international students in the first half of 2024.
The positions for domestic hires include B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, public nutrition, global sales, marketing (PM), design, sales strategy, sales support, brand experience (BX), production technology, environmental safety, production facilities, quality assurance, food safety (food ingredient analysis), research and development (R&D), digital and security, purchasing, human resources, and general affairs. The positions for international student hires include brand experience and marketing, global sales, and purchasing.
The common eligibility requirement is graduation or expected graduation by August 2024 from a four-year university (or graduate school). Applications can be submitted through the Ottogi website by the 26th. Detailed information such as job responsibilities and qualifications can be found in the job announcement.
The domestic hiring process consists of document screening, personality and job competency tests, first-round practical interview and in-depth personality test, and second-round executive interview. The international student hiring process consists of document screening, first-round practical interview, and second-round executive interview. Successful candidates will join the company in July.
