Ulsan City Announces 'Second Half Private Subsidy Support Project' Call for Proposals
Expecting Private Sector Participation in Various Fields Such as Culture, Welfare, and Economy
Ulsan City announced that it will open applications for the "2024 Second Half Private Subsidy Support Project" from the 7th to the 23rd.
The "Private Subsidy Public Offering Project" refers to selecting project operators through a public offering process from the city subsidy budget that supports private organizations such as corporations or groups as subsidy operators. The total support for the second half of this year amounts to 750 million KRW.
The fields open for application include culture, tourism, sports, welfare, economy, labor, safety, disaster, health care, environment, traffic safety, and agricultural technology. Eligible applicants are corporations or organizations with support regulations under laws or city ordinances, or those whose main purpose is public interest activities. Applicants must have at least one year of public interest activity experience, and if the applicant is not a corporation, they must have a representative or manager.
However, organizations that can carry out projects independently without subsidy support, those aimed at social gatherings or profit, or groups supporting specific political parties, electoral candidates, or spreading doctrines of specific religions are excluded.
Applicants wishing to receive support must submit the application form, project plan, and introduction of the subsidy operator by visiting the responsible department or sending by mail by May 23rd.
Submitted projects will be reviewed by the project department and budget department, then deliberated and decided by the Subsidy Management Committee. The results will be notified to the selected subsidy operators in early July.
For more details, refer to the announcement posted on the Ulsan City Hall website or contact the relevant department for each subsidy project.
