Gangbuk Sports Complex to Open on July 3... Swimming Pool Trial Operation from June 16 to 21
The Gangbuk Sports Complex in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul (14, Solsaem-ro 48-gil) will officially open and begin full operation on the 3rd of next month. The opening ceremony will be held on the 21st of this month, and new program registrations will start from the 25th.
The Gangbuk Sports Complex covers a site area of 1,704㎡ and a total floor area of 2,645㎡ (from basement level 2 to the 2nd floor). It features ▲a swimming pool on basement level 2 (6 lanes, 25m) ▲a lobby and caf? on basement level 1 ▲a gym, equipment Pilates room, and GX program room on the 1st floor ▲and a rooftop garden on the 2nd floor.
Before the official opening, the district will conduct a trial operation of the swimming pool from the 16th to the 21st of this month. This trial operation is intended to gather residents’ feedback on the use of the swimming pool and reflect it in the operation. During this period (excluding the 19th), 900 people will be selected by lottery, with 30 people per each of the 6 time slots daily. Winners can use one free session (50 minutes) of open swimming.
