Gyeonggi-do Strengthens Si/Gun Capabilities for Construction Business Registration Management Tasks
Gyeonggi Province is set to strengthen the capacity of construction business registration management in cities and counties within the province.
On the 29th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will conduct practical training for public officials responsible for construction business registration and administrative disposition in the province and its cities and counties at the Gyeonggi Human Resources Development Institute on April 1.
This training will be conducted as face-to-face group education and is designed to enhance the practical capabilities of public officials in the province and its cities and counties through practical training on construction business registration, hearings, and diagnosis of the actual capital of construction companies, which are necessary for construction business registration and administrative disposition.
The training will proceed in the order of a practical lecture on construction business registration by Lee Hyun-jung, Deputy Director of the Gyeonggi Chapter of the Korea Construction Association, practical training on hearings under the Administrative Procedures Act by Kim Hyun-sun, Hearing Specialist at the Gyeonggi Legal Affairs Office, and practical training on diagnosis of the actual capital of construction companies and Q&A by Kim Yong-rae, former Gyeonggi Construction Policy Division officer and tax accountant.
Lee Myung-seon, Director of the Gyeonggi Construction Policy Division, stated, "Through this training, we will strengthen the work capabilities of those responsible for construction business registration management in the province and its cities and counties to promote prompt and fair construction business registration management." He added, "Furthermore, we will establish a sound construction industry environment through strict law enforcement against illegal activities."
