Doosan, Chairman Park Jung-won's Reappointment as Inside Director
The 87th Regular Shareholders' Meeting
Doosan Co., Ltd. held its 87th regular general meeting of shareholders on the 28th at the Chungmu Art Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, and reappointed Chairman Park Jung-won and CEO Kim Min-chul as inside directors.
Chairman Park and CEO Kim will serve as inside directors until 2027.
Moon Hong-sung, Doosan CEO and chairman of the shareholders' meeting, stated the business direction for this year: "Based on a stable financial structure, we aim to set 'challenge and innovation to secure future growth engines' as the key theme to prepare a new leap forward."
He added, "In our own business, the Electronics BG plans to expand sales of high-profit products for semiconductors and enter new application markets for networks to continue growth."
Moon said, "We will also achieve results in expanding the lineup of collaborative robots, developing overseas sales channels, diversifying demand sources for hydrogen mobility, and securing orders for logistics automation solutions."
At this shareholders' meeting, Doosan newly appointed Professor Park Sun-hyun of Seoul National University Business School as an outside director.

They also resolved to pay a cash dividend of 2,000 KRW per common share and second preferred share, and 2,050 KRW per first preferred share.
