Korean-Flagged Cargo Ship Capsizes Off Japanese Coast... 4 of 11 Rescued
A chemical product transport ship (chemical tanker) registered in Korea, which was anchored off Mutsure Island in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Honshu, Japan, capsized, NHK reported on the 20th.
According to the Japan Coast Guard, around 7 a.m. that day, a distress call was received from the Korean-registered transport ship (KEOYOUNG SUN) stating that "the ship is tilting."

There were 11 people on board the transport ship, including 2 Koreans, 8 Indonesians, and 1 Chinese. According to NHK, 4 of them have been rescued.
