Kyobo Life Insurance Launches One-Stop Insurance Service 'Kyobo TokTok'
Interactive Communication Using KakaoTalk
Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 18th that it has launched 'Kyobo TokTok,' a mobile messenger-based customer support system. Thanks to the integration of the existing customer support system with KakaoTalk, insurance consumers can engage in two-way communication with consultants via KakaoTalk.
The Kyobo TokTok system focuses on providing a one-stop service for insurance product inquiries, consultations, and customer management. It was developed to reflect customers' preference for non-face-to-face communication while supporting consultants in handling insurance tasks quickly and accurately. Previously, consumers had to download documents such as insurance policies, product proposals, application forms, and product information materials directly from the website, but within Kyobo TokTok, consultants can easily deliver these materials.
This system was completed through a two-year collaboration between Kyobo Life Insurance and Kakao group company DK Techwin. The customer relationship management system utilizing KakaoTalk is currently patented.
A Kyobo Life Insurance official stated, “The launch of Kyobo TokTok is the result of considering how to improve insurance services from the customer's perspective,” adding, “We will continue to actively apply technology and ideas to enhance insurance operations and strive to provide new experiences and value.”
