YG Yang Hyun-suk Steps In Directly: "Baby Monster Official Debut on April 1"
BabyMonster's First Mini Album Introduced Directly
Includes Charlie Puth Collaboration Track 'LIKE THAT'
YG's rookie girl group Baby Monster will officially debut on April 1.
On the 18th, Yang Hyun-suk, the executive producer, officially announced the debut schedule by personally introducing Baby Monster's first mini-album on YG Entertainment's official blog.
The title track is "SHEESH." While "BATTER UP" had a bright, wholesome, and healthy image, "SHEESH" is a hip-hop genre song with a darker concept added. Executive producer Yang said, "The chorus is powerful, so I think many people will sing along," and added, "The choreography is very fun and addictive, so you can look forward to it."
The album also includes "LIKE THAT," the third track, which was directly worked on by global pop star Charlie Puth. Yang said, "Both the members and I received a great gift from an artist we like. I think you will really enjoy listening to it as well."
In addition, the album features the first track "MONSTERS (Intro)," which expresses the ambition to expand worldwide; "Stuck In The Middle (7 Ver.)" and "BATTER UP (7 Ver.)," which became even more special as a complete seven-member group; "DREAM," which marked the finale of their debut reality show; and "Stuck In The Middle (Remix)," reborn with a lively arrangement.
