Hana Bank Issues 'Hana Certificate' in 16 Languages
Hana Bank announced on the 4th that it will support the issuance of Hana Certificates in 16 languages and implement a non-face-to-face service for changing foreigner real-name numbers on its overseas remittance dedicated app, 'HanaEZ.'
This service, the first of its kind in the banking sector, aims to enhance the convenience of transactions for foreigners residing in Korea.
Through the multilingual issuance support service, foreigners residing in Korea can issue Hana Certificates on the 'HanaEZ' app without language barriers and handle non-face-to-face public institution services such as year-end tax settlement and checking enrollment in the four major social insurances.
Hana Bank also offers a service that allows foreign customers who previously used their passport numbers for financial transactions and have obtained a foreigner registration card for stays exceeding 90 days to change their foreigner registration card number to a real-name number non-face-to-face via the 'HanaEZ' app without visiting a branch.
