TJ Media Reports Record High Sales of 96.4 Billion KRW Last Year
Karaoke accompaniment device company TJ Media announced on the 28th that it achieved its highest-ever performance since its establishment, recording sales of 96.4 billion KRW on a consolidated basis last year.
Last year, TJ Media's sales increased by 12% compared to the previous year. Operating profit rose by 53% year-on-year to 6.3 billion KRW.
TJ Media stated that it has maintained the number one position in industry sales for 12 consecutive years and expects the sales gap with competitors to widen further. With the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, exports of electronic songbooks to Japan have increased. TJ Media continues to improve music quality and product performance through steady research and development and focused investment. In the second half of last year, the company conducted a free trial event of TJ accompaniment devices targeting establishments using competitors' devices, gaining recognition for its product performance.
