In particular, they actively promoted the establishment of a pedestrian safety culture for the elderly by utilizing promotional videos featuring singer Song Ga-in.
A representative from Jindo Police Station stated, “Active cooperation from life support workers is essential for the safety of elderly people, who are vulnerable road users,” and added, “We will do our best to prevent fatal traffic accidents involving the elderly by actively promoting community-based traffic safety education.”
