Gangbuk-gu, Preventing Children's Safety Accidents... Safety Training for Workers at Children's Facilities
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Emergency Action Guidelines, Internal and Surgical Emergency Treatments, Airway Obstruction Response Methods, etc.
Gangbuk-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Lee Soon-hee) announced that on the 14th, it conducted safety training for workers at children's facilities in the district office auditorium.
Since children can face life-threatening risks in the event of safety accidents, workers at children's facilities must have the safety capabilities to respond quickly and accurately to emergency situations.
This training was conducted as mandatory education under the Act on the Safety Management of Children, with about 120 workers from facilities mainly used by children under 13 years old, such as academies and daycare centers in Gangbuk-gu, participating.
The practical training focused on ▲emergency response procedures ▲theory of major internal and external emergency treatments ▲methods to handle airway obstruction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation for infants, toddlers, and children.
