'Sh Mobile Certificate (Biometric-Based Simple Certificate)' Installed
Transfer Up to 10 Million KRW Per Day with Fingerprint Recognition and PIN Input
Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 2nd that it has renewed its mobile banking application (app) ‘Partner Bank’.
Through this renewal, the bank newly installed the ‘Sh Mobile Certificate (biometric-based simple certificate)’. It allows transfers of up to 10 million KRW per day with just fingerprint recognition or PIN input.
For non-face-to-face transactions such as account opening or OTP issuance, the bank strengthened the prevention of financial accidents by applying a ‘facial recognition system’ that verifies the customer's face, as well as AI (artificial intelligence) technology-based ID OCR (optical character recognition) and copy discrimination systems. The screen design UI (user interface) was improved, and the composition was optimized focusing on UX (user experience). Complex financial terms with many Sino-Korean expressions were changed to easy-to-understand Korean words.
