Gohung-gun, Jeonnam Province (Governor Gong Young-min) is receiving positive feedback from visitors for the Civil Service Guide Salpimi (美) system operated for visitors to the county office's comprehensive civil service center.

The Civil Service Guide Salpimi (美) is a policy implemented with the start of the 8th local government administration to provide guidance on inconveniences faced by visiting civil petitioners, offering 365-day guidance services especially for vulnerable groups.

The role of the Civil Service Guide Salpimi (美) includes providing various civil service supports such as directing visitors to the responsible departments, oral assistance in filling out passport application forms, guidance on using unmanned issuance machines for those with mobility difficulties, and receiving complaints about civil service inconveniences.
