Gyeonggi Fire Department Completes Regional Briefings on Virtual Asset Property Reporting
Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters' Virtual Asset Property Declaration Briefing Sessions Organized by Region
View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters has completed regional briefing sessions on virtual asset property reporting.
Starting this year, as public officials are required to report virtual assets when registering their property, the Fire and Disaster Headquarters conducted "On-site Virtual Asset Property Reporting Regional Briefings" over two weeks from mid-January, touring six fire stations across Gyeonggi-do.
Notably, this tour education moved away from simple lecture-style training to an interactive briefing format, including detailed explanations of reporting methods, sample data entry, and Q&A sessions, which attracted significant interest.
According to the amendment of the Public Officials Ethics Act Enforcement Decree, from this year's regular property reporting, obligated reporters must compulsorily disclose the types, quantities, and values of virtual assets they hold.
