[Concall] Samsung Electronics "DRAM Inventory Normalized in Q1, NAND Inventory Normalized Within H1"
Kim Jae-jun, Vice President and Head of Strategic Marketing at Samsung Electronics' Memory Business Division, stated during the 2023 annual and Q4 earnings conference call on the 31st, "There will be no change in the inventory production adjustment policy," adding, "The inventory levels, especially for DRAM, which has a relatively faster market recovery among memory semiconductors, have significantly decreased."
He continued, "Considering future demand and inventory levels comprehensively, we plan to continue selective production adjustments in the first half of the year," and said, "DRAM inventory is expected to reach a normal range after the first quarter, and NAND flash is anticipated to normalize by the first half of the year at the latest."
