S-Oil Walks 1 Million Steps in New Year and Donates 30 Million Won
On the 26th, S-Oil announced that it held a New Year's trekking event for its executives and employees at Haengjusanseong Goyang Nuri-gil in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.
About 120 participants, including management and new employees, walked along Haengjusanseong Goyang Nuri-gil, reaffirming their commitment to achieving management goals.
Unlike the annual New Year's trekking events held in the past, this event also included a step donation challenge.
A predetermined amount was donated to help neighbors based on the number of steps taken by employees.
On that day, the employees achieved 1 million steps and donated a total of 30 million KRW to social welfare facilities in the Mapo area.
This year, S-Oil plans to make company-wide efforts to achieve key goals such as the successful promotion of the Shahin Project, strengthening safety management systems and culture, and responding to climate change and energy transition.
