Accordingly, you can purchase a 10,000 KRW Seongnam Love Gift Certificate for 9,000 KRW in cash. The monthly purchase limit is 300,000 KRW.
Paper gift certificates can be purchased at 123 locations within Seongnam, including NH Nonghyup Bank, the Livestock Cooperative, Credit Unions, and Saemaeul Geumgo. However, a valid ID is required for purchase.
Mobile gift certificates can be bought through the 'Local Gift Certificate Chak(chak)' app. The linked local currency check card can be applied for and issued via the app or NH Nonghyup Bank.
The Seongnam Love Gift Certificate can be used like cash at affiliated stores such as traditional markets, small shops, and taxis within the region.
Order and delivery services are also available through private delivery apps Wemakeprice and Meokkebi, which are linked to the 'Local Gift Certificate Chak(chak)' app.
