MCNIK Selected for Two Consecutive Years as Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company by Ministry of Employment and Labor
Mobility platform specialist MCNIC announced on the 16th that it has been selected as a Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company by the Ministry of Labor for two consecutive years.
Since 2016, the Ministry of Employment and Labor has been selecting companies optimized for young workers' working environments as Youth-Friendly Small Giant Companies based on excellence in ▲work-life balance ▲wages ▲employment stability ▲innovation capabilities.
Starting in 2023, the selection criteria were revised to reduce the number of selected companies from about 1,000 to around 500 and to extend the certification period from one year to three years, further enhancing the purpose of the selection.
MCNIC operates various systems such as flexible working hours, shortened work hours every Friday and on birthdays, support for resorts, and education support for employee skill development.
MCNIC continues its business in transportation mobility services and solutions. It focuses on autonomous driving platforms, connected cars, MaaS (Mobility As A Service), LBS (Location Based Service), and digital twin fields.
