Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Launches Health Management Service 'Gravity'
On the 5th, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance announced the launch of 'Gravity,' a health management service that provides health club usage services or home training programs to customers aged 20 to 40 who are enrolled in health insurance.
To operate Gravity, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance partnered with 'Gukdae,' an agency platform managing national team athletes. Customers are offered a 6-month pass to use health clubs near their homes or a home training program utilizing lesson videos and exercise kits from former national team instructors.
The health clubs partnered with Gravity include over 300 facilities in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. Unlike typical memberships that allow access to only one location, customers can freely use affiliated health clubs near their home, workplace, or anywhere they want to exercise.
For customers who cannot use health clubs, a home training program is also provided. There are two options: a core strengthening program featuring lesson videos and exercise kits from former national rhythmic gymnastics athlete Cheon Song-yi, and a lower body and strength enhancement program with national speed skating athlete Jeong Jae-won.
