BNK Investment & Securities, Shin Myung-ho System Launches... CEO Inauguration Ceremony, Begins Full-Scale Management
Emphasizing 'Rightness' and 'Balance' Values Practice, Highlighting 'Jeongdo Management'
BNK Investment & Securities has launched Shin Myung-ho as its new head.
Shin Myung-ho, the newly appointed CEO, was selected at the shareholders' meeting on December 28 last year and officially began his duties after holding an inauguration ceremony at the Seoul headquarters on the 2nd.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by executives and employees, including heads of divisions and departments.
In his inaugural speech, CEO Shin emphasized strengthening the company's fundamentals through "right management" by practicing the values of "integrity" and "balance." He also presented three major key tasks for BNK Investment & Securities, a mid-sized firm, to achieve sustainable growth.
The three key tasks are establishing "right management" through company growth that coexists with customers based on thorough internal control, achieving "balanced growth" by diversifying the revenue base away from the profit structure concentrated in the PF sector, and growing into a "solid securities firm" recognized by the market by strengthening two-way collaborative synergy sales.
He also promised to create an environment where executives and employees can maximize their capabilities through clear rewards for performance and transparent management with strict accountability.
He urged the creation of a flexible organizational culture that eliminates formalities and simplifies procedures to enable swift decision-making.
