Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Holds 'Opening Ceremony' on the 2nd at Bucheon Main Office
On the 2nd, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held the '2024 Gapjin Year Opening Ceremony' at the main office auditorium in Bucheon, with executives and employees in attendance, pledging to advance the foundation further.
Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, emphasized in his New Year's address, "We will focus on strengthening the individual capabilities of our members alongside organizational development," and added, "We will devote efforts to creating a workplace where people want to work."
He also promised, "We will maintain continuous attention and promote improvements in compensation, employee welfare, and other treatment to enhance the working environment and organizational culture, as well as reform inefficient foundation systems."
Furthermore, he stated, "We have plans to introduce family-friendly policies to encourage marriage and childbirth among the youth," adding, "We will introduce new work systems such as '0.5 job' or '0.75 job' to provide flexibility in working hours for reasons like childbirth and childcare."
