Pamicell Appoints Yoon Yeon-su, Corporate Advisory Expert, as Executive Vice President of Management
On the 2nd, Pharmicell announced the recruitment of lawyer Yoon Yeon-su as Executive Vice President of Management.
Executive Vice President Yoon Yeon-su graduated from Seoul National University College of Law in 1986, passed the 31st Judicial Examination, completed the 21st Judicial Research and Training Institute, and obtained his lawyer license in 1992. He also earned a Master of Laws degree from Washington State University in the United States and acquired a New York State lawyer license.
Vice President Yoon worked as a corporate advisory lawyer at the law firm Sejong, engaging in various fields such as mergers and acquisitions, IT broadcasting and telecommunications, and intellectual property rights. Immediately before joining Pharmicell, he worked in the international arbitration team at the law firm Kwangjang. He also lectured on corporate law and intellectual property rights as a professor at the Graduate School of Technology Management at KAIST.
