Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon expressed deep sorrow on the 2nd over the stabbing attack on Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, in Busan, lamenting how our politics have come to such a state.
Governor Kim criticized the incident in a post on his social media, calling it "a political terror against Leader Lee Jae-myung that should never happen and must never be allowed."
He added, "It is heartbreaking how our politics have come to this state," and wished for "Leader Lee Jae-myung's speedy recovery."
