Analysis and Recommendation of Coverage Details... Launch of ABL Life Care System
ABL Life has launched a system that allows customers to analyze the coverage details of the insurance policies they have enrolled in themselves and receive product recommendations.
On the 13th, ABL Life announced that it has launched the 'ABL Lifecare' system on its mobile homepage.
The 'ABL Lifecare' system was developed by improving the 'Coverage Analysis' service, which integrates and analyzes all contracts of customers, including those enrolled with other companies. It is explained that customers can manage their insurance easily and quickly, and planners can provide fast and accurate financial consulting for customers.
In addition to 'Coverage Analysis,' this system also includes 'Health Analysis' and 'Pension Analysis' services. The 'Health Analysis' service informs customers of their current health status and health grade based on health checkup results after consent through simple authentication, and recommends products with applicable discount rates accordingly. The 'Pension Analysis' service analyzes the pensions customers have enrolled in and provides information such as expected pension amounts and appropriate monthly living expenses.
Furthermore, customers can receive reports containing the results of coverage analysis, health analysis, pension analysis, and recommended product details. The system also diversifies simple authentication methods.
Along with this, ABL Life revamped the coverage analysis system of 'A-Tab,' the tablet sales support system used by planners. To provide an intuitive service, the user interface (UI) and other configurations were changed, and the existing 27 coverage benefit items were expanded to 55.
