Ulsan City Opens 'K-battery Show' Covering All Aspects of Secondary Batteries
The 2023 Ulsan K-battery Show, which provides an overview of the present and future of secondary batteries, opened at 11 a.m. on the 7th at the Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center.
Held for the first time this year, the event was organized as a "secondary battery industry fair" where attendees could get a comprehensive view of the current state and future of the secondary battery industry, in connection with Ulsan's designation as a national advanced strategic industry secondary battery specialized complex. Ulsan City plans to expand the event annually to strengthen the software power of the secondary battery industry.
About 500 people attended the event, including Ulsan Mayor Kim Du-gyeom, companies related to secondary batteries, research institutions, students, and citizens. The event was divided into two parts: the first part included the opening ceremony and keynote speech, and the second part featured thematic presentations.
