SK Securities has appointed Oh Min-young, head of the Corporate Business Division, as Vice President.
On the 5th, SK Securities announced its regular executive appointments for 2024, including the promotion of Oh to the new Vice President position. It also announced the promotion of five Managing Directors and five Deputy Managing Directors.
Along with this, SK Securities carried out an organizational restructuring aimed at integrating overlapping functions and strengthening profitability. The previous structure of 1 General Headquarters, 9 Divisions, 30 Departments, and 10 Offices was reduced to 1 General Headquarters, 6 Divisions, 20 Departments, and 7 Offices.
