BPA Conducts Expert Lecture to Establish Cooperative Labor-Management Relations
Busan Port Authority (BPA) held a special lecture on labor-management relations by experts on the 30th to establish advanced labor-management relations based on communication and empathy.
This special lecture was conducted for the executives of the Busan Port Authority labor union and personnel in charge of labor affairs, inviting external experts to cover effective communication between labor and management, cooperative decision-making, and conflict management methods.
BPA conducted online education throughout November for all employees to enhance labor-management partnership understanding as part of strengthening labor-management capabilities at the organizational level.
