Korean Patent Attorneys Association to Provide Free 'Product Patent Certification' Support for SMEs Until February Next Year
The Korean Patent Attorneys Association announced on the 30th that it will provide free 'Product Patent Certification' support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) until February next year.
The certification process involves the Patent Attorneys Association reviewing and evaluating whether the requested product applies for a patent, and awarding a certification mark to products that pass the evaluation.
The Association explained that certified products can enhance their credibility by first assessing the applicability of patents.
The free support is available to small and medium-sized enterprises, ventures, and startups, who can receive support after passing a prescribed evaluation regarding 'patent suitability' and other criteria.
