Vice Chairman Park graduated from Yonsei University and earned a master's degree in business administration from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He joined Asiana Airlines in 2002, served as executive director of the Strategic Management Headquarters at Kumho Asiana Group, vice president of Kumho Tire, CEO and president of Asiana IDT, and was appointed president of Kumho Construction in 2021. He was promoted to vice chairman after two years.
