KRA Operates 'Visiting Pre-Consulting Audit System'
The Korea Racing Authority Audit Office announced on the 28th that it introduced the 'Visiting Pre-Consultation Audit System' last October to support frontline employees' proactive administration and has begun operating it across local business sites including Jeju and Busan-Gyeongnam.
The Visiting Pre-Consultation Audit System was designed to encourage local business site executives and employees to actively use audit services. It is a system where the Audit Office visits local business sites directly to conduct face-to-face pre-consultations on the appropriateness and validity of their work for employees who find it difficult to visit the Audit Office in person.
The Korea Racing Authority Audit Office started operating the Visiting Pre-Consultation Audit System on October 25, beginning with the Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters. At the pre-consultation counseling desk set up on site, counseling services were provided, and the proactive administration support system was promoted to local business site employees, along with consultations on fieldwork difficulties.
