Geumcheon-gu, G-Valley 'Enterprise Support Center' Space Improvement
Establishment of Dedicated Consultation Desk for Corporate Support, Relocation of Job Center and Expert Consultation Spaces
Expansion of Waiting Area for Visitors, Installation of One Additional Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that the 'Enterprise Support Center' located in G-Valley has been reorganized into a user-centered space.
The Enterprise Support Center (145, Gasan Digital 1-ro, Suite 201) is adjacent to Gasan Digital Complex Station, making it a place where businesspeople's civil complaint demands are concentrated. The space improvement was promoted by reflecting the results of a satisfaction survey conducted last year for the convenience of visitors and businesspeople visiting the center.
First, a 'dedicated consultation desk for enterprise support' was newly established for customized business consultations. This desk will provide guidance on support projects needed by companies and collect requests to be reflected in policy projects.
The 'G-Valley Job Center' and 'Expert Consultation Room,' which were created as separate spaces, were relocated into an open space to improve accessibility for visitors. The 'G-Valley Job Center' conducts job matching consultations, and the Expert Consultation Room offers free consultations on legal, tax, labor, patent, and customs issues for visitors with appointments.
Additionally, to expedite civil service processing, one more unmanned civil service issuance machine was installed, bringing the total to three machines currently in operation.
Furthermore, the waiting area for visitors was expanded, and an electronic advertising board (digital signage) was installed on the wall so that visitors can easily access district news and enterprise support projects while sitting on the sofa waiting.
