[Tomorrow's Weather] Morning Temperatures Drop Below Freezing... Coldness at Average Levels
On Monday the 20th, temperatures will be around the average for this time of year. However, due to the influence of a high-pressure system, morning temperatures will drop below freezing mainly in inland areas. The temperature difference between day and night will also be large, so special attention to health management is necessary.

The morning low temperatures will range from -4°C to 7°C, and the daytime high temperatures will range from 10°C to 17°C.
Temperatures will gradually rise, being similar to or slightly higher than the average (morning lows from -3°C to 7°C, daytime highs from 8°C to 15°C), but morning temperatures will drop below freezing mainly inland, causing frost and ice to form in many places. Additionally, the temperature difference between day and night will be around 15°C in most regions nationwide, so caution is needed for health management.
The expected low and high temperatures in major cities are Seoul 1°C and 11°C, Incheon 3°C and 10°C, Daejeon 1°C and 13°C, Gwangju 4°C and 15°C, Daegu 3°C and 14°C, Ulsan 3°C and 15°C, and Busan 7°C and 17°C.
Snow has accumulated mainly in some mountainous areas of Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, inland Jeolla, western inland Gyeongsang, and mountainous areas of Jeju Island. During the day, some of the snow that melted will refreeze overnight, making roads very slippery.
From dawn to morning on the 20th, fog with visibility less than 1 km is expected mainly in inland areas.
