Shilla Duty Free, Beauty Class Popular Among Domestic VIP Customers
Shilla Duty Free, operated by Hotel Shilla, announced on the 16th that its VIP customer invitation beauty class event, held in collaboration with various brands, is receiving positive responses. The duty-free industry is actively conducting beauty classes in line with the recovery of the beauty market, which had slowed during the COVID-19 period, and the expanded customer needs following the endemic phase.
Shilla Duty Free is currently offering beauty classes for VIP customers in the newly renovated VIP-exclusive resting area, the Prestige Lounge, in collaboration with several global beauty brands such as Est?e Lauder and Fresh.
The private skincare class by L'Occitane held earlier this month was conducted on a one-on-one basis and gained popularity among customers. The L'Occitane class included an introduction to the brand and its best-selling skincare product line, ‘Immortelle,’ along with personalized skin diagnosis and customized product recommendations. Participants received individual hand care services using L'Occitane products, and all attendees were gifted L'Occitane face massage tools and skincare samples, with additional benefits provided to purchasing customers.
The Immortelle ingredient introduced in this event’s L'Occitane Immortelle Divine line is known as the ‘flower of immortality.’ The Immortelle essential oil contains a high concentration of molecular components that have anti-aging effects, recognized for their excellent antioxidant properties, and holds six patents in France.
