Homeplus Mega Food Week is an event prepared to ease customers' shopping burdens amid the ongoing high inflation.
Considering that many customers shop on weekends, Homeplus plans to offer 'Weekend Special Price' products every week from Thursday to Sunday. During this week's weekend special, from the 11th to the 13th, 'Canadian pork belly and neck grown on barley' and from the 9th to the 12th, 'Australian tenderloin' will be offered at half price exclusively for My Homeplus membership members. With the half-price event applied, Canadian pork belly and neck grown on barley can be purchased for 6,000 won per 600 grams (one geun).
From the 9th to the 12th, items such as 'King Crab,' 'Whiteleg Shrimp,' 'Super Convenient All-Purpose Thinly Sliced Pork Belly,' 'Domestic Freshwater Eel,' and 'Lock&Lock The Black & Handy Frying Pan Series' will be sold at half price. The quantity of King Crab has been increased fourfold compared to before. This measure was taken considering that King Crab sales grew by 360% compared to the same period last year from the 26th of last month to the 1st of this month, showing high popularity among customers.
