Based on this agreement, DoctorNow plans to expand services that add expertise and convenience at the stage where users assess their physical condition, such as pre-consultation and symptom search using AI technology, within this month. They anticipate that these services can be advanced by linking them with the currently operated hospital reservation and real-time medical consultation services.

It utilizes AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning on vast data verified by medical experts.
