‘Revitalizing Ewha Shopping District’ Seodaemun-gu to Host Star Chef Pop-up Restaurant on the 10th of This Month

View original imageSeodaemun-gu District Office in Seoul (Mayor Lee Seong-heon), which has been hosting a series of 'Star Chef Pop-up Restaurants' to revitalize the Edae commercial area, is now inviting Chef Jeong Ho-young and former Major League Baseball pitcher Kim Byung-hyun.
Since June, the district has been inviting star chefs to open pop-up restaurants. On the 10th of this month, Chef Jeong Ho-young will present affordable dishes such as fish cake udon, beef shabu curry udon, and Japanese-style fried chicken (chicken karaage).
The event will be held from 5 PM to 8 PM at a first-floor restaurant near Exit 2 of Edae Station, Yes APM (10 Ewha Womans University 1-gil).
Former MLB pitcher Kim Byung-hyun, who currently runs a hamburger shop, will participate by selling authentic American-style handmade burgers such as the Jeil Burger, cheeseburgers, and sweet potato fries at reasonable prices.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Those interested can make reservations by accessing the QR code on the promotional poster or checking the announcements on the Seodaemun-gu District Office website. When reserving, participants must select the time slot, number of people, and menu. Some seats will be reserved for walk-ins. Visitors will also receive free parking tickets for the Sinchon Station parking lot (floors 3 to 5).
Since June, the district has held events such as 'Chef Hong Shin-ae's Italian Restaurant' in June, 'Master Chef Yeo Kyung-rae and Disciples' in July, and 'Chef Mikael's Traditional Bulgarian Cuisine' in October.
