‘Geomeam Station Royal Park City’ Appears in New York Times Square, First in Domestic Construction and Development Industry
A familiar K-apartment complex appeared on the electronic billboard at Times Square in New York, USA, known as the world's billboard. DK Asia recently introduced the actual appearance of ‘Geomam Station Royal Park City,’ which has just completed occupancy, through a video.

DK Asia announced on the 6th that since the 23rd of last month, it has been running a video advertisement for the premium urban brand 'Royal Park City' at Times Square in New York, the center of world culture.
Times Square in New York, known as the world's billboard, has previously featured advertisements from global companies such as Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, but this is the first time that a global brand advertisement has been conducted in the construction and development industry.
The advertisement video features the actual appearance of Geomam Station Royal Park City, which consists of 4,805 households, and attracted the attention of people worldwide passing through Times Square with the apartment’s gate, a characteristic of K-apartments, and the appearance of world star Lee Byung-hun.
A DK Asia official explained, "Unlike Seoul, Hong Kong, and Singapore, where only apartments line up, Royal Park City captures the sensibility of enjoying the city in nature and feeling nature in the city, thereby raising the presence of K-apartments."
From the 13th, DK Asia will also conduct outdoor advertisements in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan’s representative bustling district. The ‘Royal Park City’ global advertisement video will be simultaneously broadcast on five digital panels in Shibuya, which has a daily floating population of over 3 million people.
This location gained significant attention last August when global company Samsung Electronics ran a brand advertisement ahead of the launch of its new smartphone Galaxy Z Flip5.
DK Asia plans to start brand advertisements in Paris, France, the global center of fashion and culture, from January 1st next year.
Kim Jung-mo, chairman of DK Asia, said, “We have started global brand advertisements in Times Square, New York, Paris, France, and Shibuya, Tokyo, for the first time in the domestic construction and development industry,” adding, “We will solidify Royal Park City’s position as a global urban brand.”
