Nowon District Mayor Oh Seung-rok Attends Nowon Bicycle Culture Center Resident Briefing Session
On the 27th at 4 p.m., Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, Seoul, attended the Nowon-gu Bicycle Culture Center Residents' Briefing Session held in the auditorium on the 5th floor of the Junggye 2.3-dong Community Center in Seoul.
This briefing session was organized to explain the project overview, basic design, and progress of the Bicycle Culture Center, which will be the first of its kind to be established in Seoul. The district plans to build a cultural center that everyone can enjoy by collecting various residents' opinions, contributing to the creation of a carbon-neutral, bicycle-friendly city in Nowon-gu.
The event proceeded with the introduction of guests, greetings, progress report and basic design explanation, and Q&A, attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok, members of the National Assembly, and city and district council members.

Mayor Oh Seung-rok said, "We held this residents' briefing session to explain the construction of the Bicycle Culture Center to the residents and to hear their opinions," adding, "We will continue to strive for carbon neutrality and accelerate the establishment of Seoul's first Bicycle Culture Center."
