On the 27th, Sempio announced the launch of the ‘Saemine Kitchen Cooking Kit,’ which combines Saemine Kitchen sauces with carefully selected ingredients.
The first product in the Saemine Kitchen Cooking Kit series is the ‘Saemine Kitchen Almond Walnut Stir-fried Anchovy Kit,’ created in collaboration with the dried seafood specialist company ‘Cheonghaemyungga.’ It includes Saemine Kitchen stir-fried anchovy sauce made by blending soy sauce, oligosaccharide, garlic, and other ingredients, fresh and high-quality anchovies caught in the clean waters of Samcheonpo, and nuts that add a savory flavor and nutrition. Simply put all the ingredients into a pan and stir-fry well to complete a delicious side dish.
One distinctive feature is that only anchovies suitable for stir-frying, selected to be under 1.5 cm in size, are included after expert selection. You just lightly stir-fry the anchovies in a heated pan, pour in the Saemine Kitchen stir-fried anchovy sauce, and mix well. You can make tasty stir-fried anchovies in just 3 minutes without any additional seasoning.
