Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education Hosts 'Grade 10 and 11 College Entrance Exam Briefing' with EBS Lead Instructor Invitation

The Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 24th that it will hold a 'College Entrance Briefing Session for 1st and 2nd Year High School Students and Parents' by inviting EBS representative lecturers at 2 p.m. on the 28th at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center Convention Hall.
This briefing session is a program prepared in collaboration with the Korea Educational Broadcasting System (EBS) to help reduce the gap in college entrance information between regions and to provide the latest Gwangju-tailored college entrance information and support strategies.
Two EBS representative lecturers will each give a one-hour lecture. Gwak Dong-hoon, a Korean language representative lecturer at EBSi and a teacher at Seoul Sehwa High School, currently runs courses such as the 2024 CSAT Concepts, 2024 CSAT Special Lectures, and 2024 Perfect Score CSAT Special Lectures. At this event, he will conduct the briefing session focusing on study strategies for the Korean language subject to prepare for the CSAT and school exams for 1st and 2nd year students, as well as motivating students through Korean language study methods.
Additionally, Yoon Yoon-gu, a teacher at Seoul Hanyang University Affiliated High School and an EBS entrance exam and interview representative lecturer, teaches 'Entrance Consulting Solution Strategy by Admission Type Special Lecture,' 'Entrance Exam Q&A 100,' 'REAL Interview,' and 'EBS Monthly Entrance Exam.' He will provide strategies for responding to the 2025 and 2026 college entrance schedules and Gwangju-tailored admission support strategies for 2025 and 2026.

Superintendent Lee Jeong-seon stated, "We will ensure that students and parents in our Gwangju area do not face difficulties in advancing to higher education due to lack of information," and added, "We will do our best to deliver the latest admission information to students preparing for college entrance based on our education office’s various admission-related programs."
