WONUNIVERSE Signs MOU with Corpus Korea and Conist for Content IP Development
Metaverse specialist developer Won Universe announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement with Corpus Korea and Conist to develop content IP (intellectual property rights).
The signing ceremony took place at the Corpus Korea headquarters located in Sangam-dong the previous day. Attendees included Go Se-jun, CEO of Won Universe, Oh Young-seop, CEO of Corpus Korea, and Kang Tae-jin, CEO of Conist. Through this agreement, the companies will jointly develop blockbuster content IPs for global success and engage in mutual exchange in the IP business sector.
Specifically, the companies plan to collaborate on ▲ joint development of story IP projects ▲ joint development of metaverse and games based on story IP ▲ joint development of AI (artificial intelligence)-based visual tech solutions. Utilizing Conist’s AI-based content creation support solution ‘Grida AI,’ Won Universe will handle game and metaverse development and distribution, while Corpus Korea will be responsible for content creation and distribution.
Based on the jointly developed story IP, Won Universe plans to leverage its outstanding development capabilities to create games and metaverse experiences that can succeed in the global market. Together with Conist, they will develop comprehensive metaverse solutions including AI-based illustration, voice, character modeling, animation, and support for game and video content production.
Simultaneously, the companies plan to produce and serialize web novels and webtoons using the jointly developed story IP. They will hold regular discussions to expand the IP portfolio into dramas, games, and other formats, and plan to design physical products such as MD (merchandise) and goods that can be sold both online and offline.
