According to the investment banking (IB) industry, the day before, KEPCO KDN and Korea Racing Authority, the sellers of YTN, selected Yujin Enterprise as the final successful bidder with a bid price of 319.9 billion won. The YTN shares for sale this time amount to a combined 30.95%, with KEPCO KDN holding 21.43% and Korea Racing Authority holding 9.52%. Once the procedures are completed, Yujin Group will become the largest shareholder of YTN.
