The Gyeonggi Women's Family Foundation announced on the 24th that it will hold a policy forum on the 25th at the foundation's conference room under the theme "Current Status and Future Tasks of the Psychological and Emotional Conditions of Children in Institutional Care in Gyeonggi Province."
This forum, conducted as part of the province's proposed project "Research on the Psychological and Emotional Conditions and Support Measures for Children in Institutional Care in Gyeonggi Province," will be an opportunity to share the research results of a survey conducted on children in institutional care within the province.
Professor Park Hyun-yong of the Department of Social Welfare at Sungshin Women's University will serve as the chair, and the forum will proceed with keynote presentations followed by discussions among field and academic experts.
Following this, Seo Cheong-hee, Director of Hwaseong Child and Youth Mental Health Welfare Center; Yoo Soon-ja, Director of Jacob's House; Yoo Yeon-wook, Director of Susanna's House; Lee Sang-jung, Director of the Child and Family Policy Research Center at the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs; and Pyo Wan-gyu, Director of Little Love House, will participate in the discussion.
