Hanyang Securities Introduces Subscription-Based Digital Counter... Strengthening Digital Finance
Applying Cloud Services with Real-Time Software Updates
Hanyang Securities announced on the 23rd that it has introduced a subscription-based digital counter using tablet PCs at the Yeouido PWM Center. Hanyang Securities and IBK Investment & Securities jointly introduced this system for the first time in the securities industry. Hanyang Securities plans to actively strengthen digital finance starting with the introduction of the digital counter.
The subscription-based digital counter, developed in collaboration with InziSoft Co., Ltd., differs from the existing built-in systems by operating on a monthly subscription fee basis. It features real-time software updates.
The digital counter integrates the previous two-step process, where customers filled out documents and employees input data into the system, into a single step. Customer data is pre-built, and mandatory input omissions are prevented to improve work accuracy. This shortens processing time and is expected to reduce customer complaints and financial accidents. The subscription system also reduces initial setup costs. By eliminating unnecessary paper documents, it takes a step closer to ESG management.
It also shows effects in preventing incomplete sales. The subscription-based digital counter system reflects customers' investment tendencies. If a product raises the customer's investment risk level, the system is designed to request additional documents, thereby preventing incomplete sales. Hanyang Securities plans to expand the digital counter to all sales branches by October, starting from the Yeouido PWM Center.
