Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, attended the Yeongdeungpo representative education festival ‘Popo Festa’ held at Yeongdeungpo Park on the afternoon of the 21st and experienced scientific principle experiments.
‘Popo Festa,’ named by combining Yeongdeungpo’s ‘Po’ and the four (four) types of events ‘Po (four),’ is a festival where four festivals?youth, science, career, and books?are held in one place.
Celebrating its 5th year this year, ‘Popo Festa’ features main events such as ▲augmented reality (AR) sports experience ▲drone soccer ▲robot making ▲scientific principle experiments linked with the National Gwacheon Science Museum and Seoul Metropolitan Science Museum ▲Nanta VR drawing show ▲mysterious science magic show, along with various events where youth can enjoy and relax, including a congratulatory performance by singer ‘Dindin’ and an opening ceremony with a surprise appearance by the AI robot ‘Pepper.’
