Professor Yang Minjun of Pukyong National University, Excellence Award at the 'KoSSGE Technology Contest'
Professor Yang Minjun of the Department of Environmental Geoscience, Earth and Environmental Systems Science Division at Pukyong National University received an Excellence Award at the ‘2023 KoSSGE Technology Contest’ hosted by the Korean Society of Groundwater and Soil Environment.
In this contest, Professor Yang Minjun, together with the engineering technology R&D company Wible, was highly evaluated for a passive flux meter device capable of simultaneously measuring groundwater flux and pollutant flux.
Flux refers to the value obtained by dividing the flow rate at a specific point by the cross-sectional area, and long-term flux measurement is necessary for pollutant monitoring.
