The golf membership market continued its stable trend.
According to Donga Membership Trading Center on the 21st, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 250.2 million KRW. This is a slight increase of 0.08% compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment rose by 0.44%, and the low price segment increased by 0.18%. On the other hand, the high price segment fell by 0.35%, and the mid-price segment dropped by 0.29%. Donga Membership Trading Center stated, "The tug-of-war between sellers and buyers continues," and predicted, "Although trading volume is insufficient, inquiries for winter bottom buying are expected to increase."
The average price in the central region rose 0.09% from last week to 283.64 million KRW. Popular items in the Yongin area slightly declined. 88 fell by 0.71%, Giheung by 1.89%, Namseoul by 1.00%, and New Seoul by 0.82%. Ultra-high price items rose without any transactions. East Valley jumped 1.49%, and Nambu increased by 0.88%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "The central region membership market is in a tug-of-war phase. It is expected to remain stable for the time being."

The average price in the southern region is 163.65 million KRW, a slight increase of 0.02% compared to last week. Low-priced memberships are maintaining a stable trend. Dongnae Benest fell by 2.86%, Busan by 0.53%, and Daegu by 1.38%. A-One rose 2.78% as accumulated buy orders led to transactions. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee analyzed, "The southern region membership market shows differentiated trends by item, but price fluctuations are not very large," and added, "Overall, the market will continue to be stable."
